The Madison County Clerk's Office currently is testing with a small group of users an online look up system for documents filed with the Madison County Clerk.  Currently the system is not available to the general public. 

If you are interested in participating in the test group and are:

• a member of the Madison County Board of Realtors;
• a member of the Madison County Bar Association; or
• a contract employee acting on behalf of a member of the Madison County Board of Realtors or the Madison County Bar Association;

please visit the courthouse to complete the proper paperwork.
